Twenty minutes of filler and recaps later, it’s time to start the finale! By the end of tonight’s show we’ll know who this season’s winner is. The entire judges’ panel from this season is here to commemorate the occasion, and all of the choreographers from the season are in the audience as well. __(’Read the rest of this entry »’)
Tonight we’ll be seeing the judges’ favorite routines from throughout the season, and the first pick is from Adam Shankman. He chooses a Tabitha and Napoleon routine, performed by Jeanine and Phillip. Not sure this would be in our list of favorites after all the great stuff we’ve seen this year, but okay.
The next pick is from Nigel Lythgoe. He says he wants to see Janette and Brandon’s Argentine tango again. This one was good. We’re happy to see it again.
It all comes down to tonight’s votes. Tomorrow, our winner for season 5 is revealed. Our final guest judge of the season is Adam Shankman. Thank God it’s not Lil C again. __(’Read the rest of this entry »’)
First up tonight is a group number choreographed by Wade and Amanda Robson. This is not typical Wade choreography, but we really like it. It’s a lot of fun to watch, and a great way to start the performance finale. Our rating: 9/10
Every dancer is dancing with every other dancer tonight, and the first couple up is Jeanine and Evan with a jazz number. They dance it well, but the choreography doesn’t really stand out all that much. It’s a solid performance for both of them, though. Our rating: 8/10
